Bespoke: Deep Sea Light

For my Beposke (one of a kind) object I am making a light. It is not meant to light up a room or really give off a lot but more to give a light blue glow to a dark room, it is atmospheric light, one to bring you into the realm of the aquatic, deep in the sea. It has two layers of light. one is right above the plaxiglass bottom to give a constant blue glow. Above that is a sheet of steel that will have many spinning disks which will hopefully rotate when wind is pushed passed them by the set of fans I am making and installing above the Sheet. Hopefully when all it put together it will cause a water effect or give a sense of a school of fish swimming by.
